On the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of the Germans of the Volga region transformed into ASSR NP

February 20, 1924 was published a joint decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR "On the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of the Germans of the Volga region", which approved the decisions of the Eleventh Congress of Soviets of the Regions on its transformation into the ASSR NP
